Titans Restructure Front Office with Wave of Promotions and Key New Hires Ahead of 2025 Season

Earlier this month, the Tennessee Titans announced a series of front office staff changes, including new hires and internal promotions across their scouting and analytics departments. Senior writer and editor Jim Wyatt shared the full breakdown, providing deeper insight into the organization’s internal restructuring for the 2025 season and beyond.

One of the previously reported moves was the hiring of Alex Kline, formerly the director of college scouting at the University of Pittsburgh. It was initially unclear what specific role he would take with the Titans, but Wyatt confirmed that Kline will serve as a scouting assistant in 2025. He’ll be working alongside another new scouting assistant, Geo Leins, who brings a diverse background in college recruiting. Leins previously held roles at Campbell University, UCLA, Wake Forest, and NC State before breaking into the NFL in 2023 with the Miami Dolphins in the same capacity.

Another addition to the scouting department is Jack Turner, who will join the team as an NFS scout. Turner has experience in football operations and recruiting from several institutions, including Wake Forest, the Kansas City Chiefs, Davidson College, and the University of Michigan. This will be Turner’s first full-time NFL position.

The Titans also promoted five individuals within their scouting division. Jon Salge was elevated to director of player personnel after 20 years with the organization. Starting as a scouting assistant, Salge steadily climbed the ranks, most recently serving as director of college scouting for the past eight seasons. Kevin Turks was named director of pro personnel. He originally joined the Titans in 2015 as a pro scout, after spending time with the Chicago Bears. Turks has also participated in the NFL’s Front Office & General Manager Accelerator program, highlighting his growing reputation in league circles.

Mike Boni was promoted to assistant director of college scouting. He has 19 years of NFL experience, with the last eight spent in Tennessee. Boni’s path to the NFL began with coaching at the high school and Division III levels before transitioning to scouting roles with the Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals. Most recently, he served as the Titans’ senior national scout.

Kalan Reed, a former NFL cornerback and Tennessee’s 2016 Mr. Irrelevant, was promoted to college scout after joining the team as a personnel scout in 2023. His playing career was cut short by a neck injury, but his transition into scouting has been successful. Lastly, Keenan Agnew was elevated to pro scout. He joined the organization in 2023 as a scouting assistant after playing at Southern Illinois and is part of a football family — his father is Lions assistant GM Ray Agnew, and his brother, Ray Agnew III, works as a pro scout with the Jets.

Beyond the scouting department, the Titans’ analytics division also saw two internal promotions. Rob Riederer was named director of game management & strategic initiatives. He began his post-collegiate career with the Titans as a scouting assistant and had worked his way up to pro scouting coordinator before shifting to analytics as assistant director of football strategy. His continued progress in analytics has earned him this new role.

Erin Psajdl Davis was promoted to football research & development coordinator. She joined the Titans in 2023 as a data analyst after previous stints with the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs. This promotion marks her third NFL role, but the first where she remains with the same franchise.

Together, these moves reflect the Titans’ commitment to strengthening their front office and expanding their talent pipeline, both through strategic hires and internal development.
