Despite those numbers being a step down from his usual production, they would have made him the Patriots’ leading receiver by a significant margin. Desperation for Receiving Talent
Given the Patriots’ dire need for offensive playmakers, Graff argues that New England must explore every opportunity to acquire a quality receiver. With a weak free-agent class and a poor track record of drafting receivers, trading for Hill could provide an immediate boost.
