Bengals Lose 3 Key Players Before Raiders Showdown Due to Critical Injuries

CINCINNATI (AP) – The Cincinnati Bengals will be without three key players for their game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, impacting their roster as they look to secure a vital win.

Wide receiver Tee Higgins will miss his second consecutive game due to a quad injury. Higgins had already faced challenges this season, having missed two earlier games because of a hamstring injury. His absence is significant for the Bengals’ offense, as he is one of the team’s top receiving threats and a reliable target for quarterback Joe Burrow.

Additionally, left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. is sidelined with a knee injury. Brown, a crucial part of the offensive line, helps protect Burrow’s blind side and create running lanes for the Bengals‘ ground game. His absence may put more pressure on the offensive line, especially against a Raiders team that can generate pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Running back Zack Moss has also been ruled out with a neck injury. The Bengals‘ backfield will have to adjust without him, which could affect their offensive strategy. Moss had been a solid contributor, and his absence will be felt as the Bengals look to establish their run game.

Other Bengals who are inactive for the game include receiver/kick returner Charlie Jones, receiver Jermaine Burton, tight end Tanner McLaughlan, and defensive tackle Jay Tufele. These injuries will challenge the Bengals’ depth and may lead to increased responsibilities for other players.

Several players are also inactive on the Raiders‘ side, including center Andre James, running back Dylan Laube, cornerback Sam Webb, safety Trey Taylor, and defensive end Janarius Robinson. Both teams are facing injury challenges as they prepare for what promises to be a competitive matchup.
