Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham was arrested in Florida earlier this month, as reported by TMZ Sports. On October 10, Bradham, 35, was stopped by the Florida Highway Patrol in Tallahassee for allegedly exceeding the speed limit, traveling at 78 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, with his two children present in a 2023 KIA SUV.
According to the incident report, upon being pulled over, Bradham acknowledged that he was driving with a suspended license, a violation he had previously committed. Additionally, the officer discovered that there was an active warrant for Bradham related to possession of a controlled substance from Leon County.
Following the stop, he was taken into custody and subsequently booked at a local jail, where he appeared visibly displeased during the mugshot process. Bradham has since been charged in Wakulla County with a felony for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
This incident marks yet another legal issue for Bradham, who previously faced arrest in 2021 when authorities found over three pounds of marijuana and firearms in his vehicle. Drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, Bradham later joined the Eagles in 2016, contributing to their Super Bowl victory. Over his career, he recorded 619 total tackles across 116 games.
