Just In: Ravens All-Pro Kicker Makes Important Statement Following Allegations

For the second time, Justin Tucker has denied the sexual misconduct allegations made by multiple massage therapists, but alongside his denial, the Baltimore Ravens All-Pro kicker issued an apology, with a statement of support from his wife, Amanda.

This article includes graphic content that some readers may find disturbing.

Tucker released a statement to OutKick.com’s Bobby Burack on February 26, 2025, where he expressed his regret: “It devastates me to know that anyone I have worked with would not have felt respected and valued as a professional, but more importantly as a person. I apologize to anyone who has felt otherwise. I want to ensure that everyone I interact with continues to feel respected and valued as a human being.”

However, despite his apology, the 35-year-old firmly denied the allegations, stating, “I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork session, nor have I ever been told that I am unwelcome at any massage therapy provider. These claims are simply not true.”

The allegations, which reportedly date from 2012 to 2016, prompted Tucker to reflect on his past interactions: “In the last four weeks, I have spent countless hours reviewing every interaction I’ve had with bodywork professionals over the past 13 years. I can assure you that I have never intended to disrespect anyone or make anyone uncomfortable in any way.”

The initial report of the allegations, published by The Baltimore Banner on January 30, revealed accusations from six massage therapists in the Baltimore area. Follow-up articles exposed claims from ten additional therapists, who accused Tucker of inappropriate behavior during sessions, including exposing his genitals and touching therapists’ thighs with his fingers.

Tucker has continued to deny the allegations, and now his wife, Amanda, has also publicly defended him. In a statement included in Burack’s article, Amanda said, “The false allegations against Justin have caused so much hurt to our family. I believe my husband, and I love and support him fully.”

This statement, along with Tucker’s, marks the first public response to the Baltimore Banner’s report. Tucker had earlier denied the allegations on social media, calling them “unequivocally false.”

On January 30, the same day the initial report was published, Tucker posted his denial on ‘X.’ It wasn’t until February 25 that Ravens’ general manager Eric DeCosta and head coach John Harbaugh made their own comments on the matter.

As the Ravens await the results of an NFL-led investigation, which is already underway, they are considering potential new kickers. The team is also looking at options at the upcoming Scouting Combine, as Tucker’s performance last season was subpar. The Ravens are reportedly evaluating Ben Sauls, a left-footed kicker from Pitt, who had a strong season with six field goals of 50 yards or more.

Tucker struggled with long-distance kicks last season, converting only six of 11 attempts from 50+ yards. His performance was under scrutiny as he is scheduled to count for $7,072,500 against the Ravens’ salary cap for 2025, according to Spotrac. The team will take time to decide on their future at the kicker position, which has been a strength for them for over a decade.
