San Antonio Spurs forward Jeremy Sochan, known for his vibrant neon-colored hair, recently had an unfortunate incident with his equally eye-catching neon green Porsche. On August 24, Sochan crashed his 2019 Porsche 911 on the North Side of San Antonio, with reports suggesting he may have been speeding at the time.
According to documents obtained by MySA, the NBA player lost control of his vehicle near the intersection of Loop 1604 and I-10. The base model of Sochan’s Porsche starts at around $240,000. The Texas Department of Transportation crash report states, “[Sochan] stated he was headed SB at the listed location when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the left side guard rail/bridge.” Fortunately, Sochan refused EMS services, indicating he was uninjured, and his vehicle was the only one involved in the incident.
Despite walking away unscathed, Sochan’s flashy car wasn’t as lucky. A TikTok video from the crash site reveals significant damage to the rear passenger side, likely from scraping against the concrete barriers on the interstate ramp, along with noticeable damage to the front bumper.
