It was encouraging news to hear that Ryan Stonehouse will participate fully in the Tennessee Titans training camp. After a season-ending knee injury last year, Stonehouse is back on the field and punting without a knee brace.
Stonehouse has the potential to become the top punter in the league. At times during his over-year tenure with the Titans, he was their most effective offensive player. Hopefully, with the revamped offense, that won’t be necessary.

Special teams, though often undervalued, are crucial for teams. The Titans entering camp with stability at long snapper, punter, and kicker is a positive sign.
In his career, Stonehouse has averaged 53.1 yards per punt and 43.7 net yards per punt. He led the league in punting yards in 2022 with 4,779 yards, a feat I hope remains unique.
