Brown, a product of Carleton University, brings his receiving skills to the team after a successful collegiate career. Cass, hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, has experience from Valdosta State University, Troy University, and Mississippi State. Hall, originally from Ottawa, Ontario, strengthens the offensive line after playing for the Concordia Stingers. Hudson, a formidable presence at 6’5″ and 325 pounds, transitions to the Elks after stints at the University of Florida and Florida International University. Jones, with his quarterbacking experience from Southern Arkansas University, adds depth to the team’s roster. Rudolph, a seasoned receiver, returns to the CFL after previous stints with the New York Giants, Miami Dolphins, and the XFL.

In other moves, the Elks released Antonio Garcia and placed Steven Montez on the retired list. These transactions come as the team prepares for its 75th season opener against the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Commonwealth Stadium on June 8.
