As the mastermind behind LSU’s Joe Moore Award finalist offensive line, Davis is assembling a star-studded unit for the long term.
An instrumental figure on Brian Kelly’s coaching staff, Davis has displayed dominance on the recruiting trail.
Now, he has witnessed six linemen officially commit to LSU, contributing to another highly regarded recruiting class.
The Offensive Line Recruits:
1. Weston Davis: A five-star prospect and two-sport standout from Beaumont, Texas. Ranked among the nation’s top offensive line prospects by various recruiting services.
2. Coen Echols: A four-star interior offensive lineman who chose LSU over Auburn and Missouri. His recruitment was marked by a visit to Baton Rouge during a critical period.
3. Ethan Calloway: Rated as a four-star recruit and recognized as one of the top offensive tackles in North Carolina. He played a significant role in his high school’s successful football program.
4. Ory Williams: A massive offensive line prospect with a three-star rating. Despite being relatively new to football, he’s considered one of the best at his position nationally.
5. Joseph Cryer: Hailing from Louisiana, Cryer is regarded as one of the top offensive line prospects in the state. He boasts a strong high school football background and a deep connection to LSU.
6. Khayree Lee: Another standout from Louisiana, Lee is recognized as one of the top offensive line prospects in the state. He played a pivotal role in his high school team’s success and earned accolades for his performance.
